Ralph Gallipoli
Chief Executive Officer
Ralph has over 45 years of experience providing maintenance and construction services, including ground-up construction of gas stations, site renovations, and commercial construction projects. Utilizing his industry experience and leadership skills, Ralph has led the ground-up construction of over 30 gas stations and hundreds of gas station renovations across Long Island.
Nancy Gallipoli-Barrie
Chief Financial Officer
Nancy has managed GCM’s administrative and financial operations since the company’s inception nearly five decades ago. Leading a team of admins and finance professionals, Nancy oversees the preparation of AIA documentation, subcontractor relationships, invoice and expense management, coordination of inspections and signoffs, and various other crucial management tasks.
LouAnn Gallipoli-Tuzza
Chief Administrative Officer
LouAnn leverages her 45+ years of experience to manage and oversee GCM’s administrative operations. Her day-to-day responsibilities include employee management, handling regulatory compliance matters for all construction and service projects, and coordinating with local agencies to ensure projects adhere to all standards.
Angela Gallipoli-Newham
Chief Operating Officer
With nearly 40 years of experience managing all operational aspects of GCM’s Pump & Tank construction and service departments, Angela is responsible for handling service calls, managing our field technicians, and liaising with clients to ensure any service requirement they need is satisfied in a timely manner.
John Barrie IV
Head of Operations
A seasoned construction and maintenance professional with over 20 years of experience, John has led numerous commercial and industrial projects for our Pump & Tank division. Previously, as Global Head of Real Estate and Facilities at Soros Fund Management, he oversaw an $80 million office buildout and managed over 250,000 square feet of office space across four countries.
Michael Barrie
Director of Finance
Michael joined Grace Construction & Maintenance in 2024. Previously, he spent seven years as a VP at JP Morgan, managing prime brokerage and execution for quantitative hedge funds. Before that, he led transition management projects for major hedge funds. As a third-generation family member, Michael brings a fresh perspective and institutional experience to GCM.
